2008 SUPREME CAT SHOW RESULTS
This year, due to the continued downward trend in entries, there were just 6 South Ribble members’ cats entered at the Supreme Cat Show, the Show for the country’s top cats, and all were placed in the top 3! Our members’ cats accounted for 6 of the 40 cats present in the HP section which was 15%, which is the first time, I think, that we did not have at least 20% of the HP section, although this year again just one cat made it to the final stage judging, where Pat & Carol's own, and Club mascot, MS Littleman Raffles was not only Best of Group in the Self and Bi-coloured LH class, but was awarded Supreme Non-Pedigree LH then went on to be crowned Overall Supreme Non-Pedigree, the ultimate accolade at this prestigious show! In addition, Barbara Bower's MC Tallulah not only won the Best SH Pedigree Lookalike – the fourth year on the trot that a member’s cat has won one of the Pedigree Lookalike Best of Groups - but then went on to become Overall Supreme Non-Pedigree Lookalike, thus making it a clean sweep for SRPCC cats.

The full results for each cat are set out below, all placings being in Class order. VERY WELL DONE to all who represented the Club so well!
